A evid\u00eancia cient\u00edfica em promo\u00e7\u00e3o da\n  sa\u00fade em meio escolar, a inova\u00e7\u00e3o e a necessidade de recentrar a a\u00e7\u00e3o nos\n  resultados implica o desenvolvimento de interven\u00e7\u00f5es mais adequadas \u00e0\n  popula\u00e7\u00e3o jovem. Al\u00e9m de capacitar as pessoas e as comunidades para agir,\n  implica reconhecer as suas compet\u00eancias e potencialidades e facilitar as suas\n  escolhas. Integrando uma vis\u00e3o alargada, cria-se o projeto \u201cYour PEL Promover\n  e Empoderar para a Literacia em sa\u00fade na popula\u00e7\u00e3o jovem\u201d com a finalidade de\n  ajudar esta gera\u00e7\u00e3o a atingir a plenitude do seu potencial de sa\u00fade.\n  Centra-se numa abordagem da sa\u00fade ao longo do ciclo de vida, especificamente\n  uma juventude \u00e0 procura de um futuro saud\u00e1vel e integra tr\u00eas \u00e1reas\n  espec\u00edficas: alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, consumos nocivos e sexualidade. S\u00e3o objetivos:\n  desenvolver um instrumento de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do impacto dos programas de educa\u00e7\u00e3o\n  para a sa\u00fade desenvolvidos em meio escolar nas \u00e1reas da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, consumos\n  nocivos e sexualidade ao n\u00edvel do 3\u00ba ciclo do ensino b\u00e1sico e monitorizar os\n  determinantes de sa\u00fade e a efetividade das estrat\u00e9gias desenvolvidas.\n  Trata-se de um projeto multiregi\u00f5es alinhado com a estrat\u00e9gia nacional de\n  especializa\u00e7\u00e3o inteligente, numa parceria entre tr\u00eas Institutos Polit\u00e9cnicos\n  e dois Agrupamentos de Escolares enquanto institui\u00e7\u00f5es benefici\u00e1rias e um\n  ACES enquanto institui\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o benefici\u00e1ria. A mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de diferentes\n  complementaridades das institui\u00e7\u00f5es como atividades de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e\n  desenvolvimento na \u00e1rea da educa\u00e7\u00e3o para a sa\u00fade e constru\u00e7\u00e3o e valida\u00e7\u00e3o de\n  instrumentos, a que se alia a vertente tecnol\u00f3gica, justificam a import\u00e2ncia\n  do seu desenvolvimento. A participa\u00e7\u00e3o de institui\u00e7\u00f5es da \u00e1rea da educa\u00e7\u00e3o e\n  da sa\u00fade contribui para o desenvolvimento de sinergias em prol de mudan\u00e7as\n  necess\u00e1rias para a obten\u00e7\u00e3o de ganhos em sa\u00fade. As atividades definidas\n  integram um plano de trabalho coerente. Destacam-se: conce\u00e7\u00e3o do instrumento\n  de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do impacto do programa de educa\u00e7\u00e3o para sa\u00fade, desenvolvimento\n  de plataforma web de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e cria\u00e7\u00e3o dum programa de interven\u00e7\u00e3o na\n  popula\u00e7\u00e3o escolar do 3\u00ba ciclo do ensino b\u00e1sico nas \u00e1reas da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o,\n  consumos nocivos e sexualidade. O plano de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de resultados e\n  dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o do conhecimento \u00e9 consonante com a abrang\u00eancia territorial\n  alargada e corresponde aos dom\u00ednios da sa\u00fade e das tecnologias aplicadas \u00e0\n  sa\u00fade. O impacto do conhecimento cient\u00edfico e tecnol\u00f3gico gerado pelo projeto\n  e disseminado contribuir\u00e1 para a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o regional e nacional, numa l\u00f3gica\n  de transla\u00e7\u00e3o do conhecimento.\n  &nbsp;\n  The changes in recent years in the health of\n  its population has improved significantly, however, young people require\n  special attention regarding, the determinants of health-related lifestyle.\n  The scientific evidence in health promotion in schools, innovation and the\n  need to refocus the action on the results implies the development of more\n  appropriate interventions to young people. In addition to empowering people\n  and communities to act, implies recognizing their skills and potential and to\n  facilitate their choice. Integrating a broad vision, it creates the project\n  \u201cYour PEL To promote and empower for literacy in health among young people\u201d\n  in order to help this generation achieve their full health potential. It\n  focuses on health approach throughout the life cycle, specifically a youth\n  looking for a healthy future and has three specific areas: food, harmful\n  consumption and sexuality. The objectives: to develop an impact assessment\n  tool for education programs for health developed in schools in the areas of\n  food, harmful consumption and sexuality at the 3rd cycle of basic education\n  and monitor the determinants of health and the effectiveness of strategies\n  developed. It is a multi-region project aligned with the national smart\n  specialization strategy, a partnership between three polytechnic institutes\n  and two school groups as beneficiary institutions and ACES as a\n  non-beneficiary institution. The mobilization of different complementarities\n  of institutions such as research and development activities in education for\n  health and development and validation instruments, which combines the\n  technological part, justify the importance of their development. The\n  participation of educational and health care institutions contributes to the\n  development of synergies in favour of changes needed to achieve health gains.\n  The defined activities form part of a coherent work plan. Include design of\n  the evaluation instrument of the impact of health education program, web\n  communication platform development and creation of an intervention program in\n  the school population of the 3rd cycle of basic education in the areas of\n  food, harmful consumption and sexuality. The plan for dissemination of\n  results and dissemination of knowledge is in line with a broad territorial\n  coverage and corresponds to the fields of health and technology applied to\n  health.
